THE SERVICE GUARANTEES:
- Medical counter: the service does not end with a simple call; in practice, a ticket is activated, assistance lasts over time until the resolution or improvement of the user’s health status.
- Management of the medical prescription: if the user has forgotten the medicine or lost it, he has lost it with his luggage.
- Criticality management: with redirection to a specialist or emergency room, the possibility of taking advantage of a network of professionals and the experience of those who manage emergency protocols.
